National Tank Outlet offers several different options for shipping our plastic tanks. National Tank Outlet will always contact our customers with shipping charges before proceeding with an order.
National Tank Outlet Order Cancellation Policy:
NTO customers can cancel an order at anytime. If the customer cancels the order within 24 hours, there will be no charges and money will be refunded. If a customer cancels an order after 24 hours, they will be charged with a $50 order processing fee. If a customer cancels an order after the tank has shipped, they will be charged our standard 25% restocking fee and any freight charges from time of shipment. Depending on the product the restocking fee could be up to 50% or not returnable.
It is the customerís responsibility to inspect all shipments before accepting and signing clear on Bill of Lading/Delivery Receipt. Customerís are also responsible for unloading any shipment.
It is extremely important for the receiver of a shipment to inspect and note any damages of a delivery. All orders are inspected at the point of origin to make sure there is no damage when shipped. Once our tanks are turned over to the carriers, damage can occur. Once the receiver inspects the product and signs the Proof of Delivery/Bill of Lading that the tank or product is clear of damage, National Tank Outlet will not be responsible for damage done to the tank. At this point the customer/receiver will accept all responsibility for the tank/product and will be responsible for filing a claim directly with the carrier for the damage. If receiver does note damage of a shipment on the Bill of Lading, National Tank Outlet will gladly assist our customers.
National Tank Outlet works with our vendors to provide the best possible lead times for our customers. There are some situations that National Tank Outlet cannot control, such as: fire, flood, strike, or other labor difficulty, acts of God, act of any governmental authority or of the purchaser, wrecks or delay in transportation, inability to obtain necessary labor, materials or manufacturing facilities from usual sources or due to any other cause beyond reasonable control. In the event of delay in performance due to any such cause, the date of delivery will be postponed by such length of time as may be reasonably necessary to compensate for the delay. National Tank Outlet cannot guarantee or ensure that any shipment can be made by any specific time or date. In any event, the company will not be liable for costs, including but not limited to any special, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits or income.
