Ace Roto-Mold / Den Hartog 400 Gallon Doorway Tank, part# SP0400-UT, is a white plastic slimline tank designed to maintain a minimal profile. Ace Roto-Mold manufactured this slimline tank for residential and commercial liquid storage use. It's slender design allows it to fit through conventional doorways and freely stand without the need of supports or stands. It's often placed against walls in garages, gardens, patios, and around the sides of buildings or homes. This freestanding wall tank can act as a barrier between two sections and is used to wall off certain areas. Doorway tanks are commonly used for chemical storage, water storage, irrigation, rainwater collection, gardening, and fire protection.
The doorway tank is constructed with high density polyethylene resin that is FDA approved, food-grade, and safe for drinking. The slimline tank has a seamless design that makes it durable and resistant to chips, cracks, and environmental damage. It was designed to be weather resistant. It's polyethylene resin contains UV inhibitors for protection against sunlight, making this tank ideal for indoor or outdoor use. The tank has a 1.7 specific gravity rating and can be used for potable water storage or chemical storage. It complies with the U.S. Food and Drug Administration regulation 21 CFR 177.1520 (1) 3.1 and 3.2 for the storage of potable water. It also meets ANSI / NSF 61 standards.
A 250 and 300 gallon size of this slim tank is also available. These doorway tanks contain gallon indicators for easily identifying liquid levels. This Ace Roto-Mold plastic doorway tank is equipped with a 16" vented manway and a 2" female NPT bulkhead fitting. This plastic tank contains top and bottom flats on both sides for the installation of additional fittings. It comes with a 3 year manufacturer warranty.
