Norwesco 1000 Gallon Doorway Tank, part# 44045, is a white plastic slimline tank designed to maintain a minimal profile in walkways. Norwesco manufactured this slimline tank for residential and commercial liquid storage use. It's slender design allows it to fit through conventional doorways and freely stand without the need of supports or stands. It's often placed against walls in garages, gardens, patios, and around the sides of buildings or homes. This freestanding wall tank can act as a barrier between two sections and is used to wall off certain areas. Doorway tanks are commonly used for chemical storage, water storage, irrigation, rainwater collection, gardening, and fire protection.

The doorway tank is constructed with high density polyethylene resin that is FDA approved, food-grade, and safe for drinking. The slimline tank has a seamless design that makes it durable and resistant to chips, cracks, and environmental damage. It was designed to be weather resistant. It's polyethylene resin contains UV inhibitors for protection against sunlight, making this tank ideal for indoor or outdoor use. The tank has a 1.5 specific gravity rating and can be used for potable water storage or chemical storage. It complies with the U.S. Food and Drug Administration regulation 21 CFR 177.1520 (1) 3.1 and 3.2 for the storage of potable water.

The following sizes of similar slim tanks are available: 250, 300, 400, 500, and 750. These doorway tanks do not have gallon indicators, because of their translucent resin. This Norwesco plastic doorway tank is equipped with a 16" vented manway and a 2" female NPT bulkhead fitting. This plastic tank contains bottom flats on both sides for the installation of additional fittings. It comes with a 3 year manufacturer warranty.
