Plastic Doorway Tanks

Doorway Tanks are commonly used for chemical storage, water storage, irrigation, rainwater collection, gardening, and fire protection. They are often referred to as slimline tanks, freestanding tanks, closet tanks, and wall tanks. They were constructed to fit through conventional door frames and stand upright without the need of bands or stands. Norwesco and Ace Roto-Mold designed their doorway tanks for commercial and residential use. These slimline tanks are often placed against walls in garages, gardens, patios, and around the sides of buildings or homes. These freestanding wall tanks can act as a barrier between two sections and is used to wall off certain areas.

Plastic doorway tanks are constructed with virgin polyethylene resin that is FDA approved, food-grade safe, and safe for drinking. They comply with the U.S. Food and Drug Administration regulation 21 CFR 177.1520 (1) 3.1 and 3.2 for the storage of potable water. They also meet ANSI / NSF 61 standards. Tanks are rotationally molded with resin that contains UV Inhibitors to help protect against direct sunlight. Doorway tanks can be used indoor or outdoors. Their seamless design makes them durable, difficult to crack or puncture, and weather resistant.

All of our doorway tanks come with a 16" vented manway and an outlet drain in various sizes at the base of the tank. Tanks are also designed with 2 to 4 flats for the installation of additional fittings. Ace Roto-Mold / Den Hartog poly doorway tanks feature gallon indicators. Norwesco and Ace both offer a 3 year manufacturer warranty on their slimline tanks.
