Order Cancellations

NTO customers can cancel an order at anytime. If the customer cancels the order within 24 hours, there will be no charges and money will be refunded. If a customer cancels an order after 24 hours, they will be charged with a $50 order processing fee. If a customer cancels an order after the tank has shipped, they will be charged our standard 25% restocking fee and any freight charges from time of shipment.

Returns

Products can be returned within 30 days of delivery as long as they are unused.

Returns are subject to 25% restocking fee and return shipping.

Rv & Marine Tanks are non-returnable.

Products that may be damaged by the carrier can be returned and replaced at no cost as long as it is noted on the bill of lading or delivery is refused. If damaged product is received without noting the damage on the bill of lading or refusing the delivery it will be the customers responsibility to file a claim with the carrier.
